Today they offer everything from locally grown California fruit to Citrus and Vegetable products from Europe as well as Exotic fruits from all over the world.

To address Stiebs’ challenge, we partnered with 4 trusted refrigerated LTL (Less Than Truckload) companies. This network allowed us to consolidate shipments efficiently, ensuring that the smaller pallet volumes of frozen acai and other fruit products were handled with care and delivered on time. By working with multiple carriers that specialize in cold-chain logistics, we were able to offer a flexible, cost-effective solution that met Stiebs’ specific needs while maintaining the integrity of their products. The Challenge
Stiebs regularly faced the challenge of efficiently transporting smaller shipments—specifically 1-6 pallets of frozen acai and other frozen fruit products. Given the sensitive nature of these products, ensuring that the shipments remained frozen while managing the logistics for multiple small shipments was both time-consuming and cost-intensive. They needed a solution that could provide reliable, timely deliveries without sacrificing product integrity, all while keeping costs manageable.

By partnering with 4 refrigerated LTL companies, we successfully moved 1-6 pallet loads of frozen acai and other fruit products from California to the Midwest, East Coast, and Pacific Northwest.
